Still your girl.

My dad and I are a lot the same. We're the quiet ones in the family. Then again that's probably what I tell myself when we don't have much to talk about to each other. Excuses.

He's worked hard. Most of the money goes to me studying here with the hopes that I'd make a good investment. My 2nd year final examinations is in 4 days. Here I am wasting my time on the world wide web.

He took me fishing. Pick wild mushrooms in the oil palm estate. Fly kites. Stayed up with me till 3 in the morning while I finished my homework. Took my report cards. Taught me how to drive. Disapproved of my revealing clothing.

But for all the effort he's put in being the best father possible, he has to watch his only daughter grow up from a distance, most of the time. Because life screws with you like that every now and then.

Looking forward to taking care of you dad. Happy Father's Day.

To wear scrubs

I'm going to be occupied for a while.
Lady Gaga wants me on her next music video and Prince William wants to have lunch with me.

This Jeannette ah, she thinks she can fool her 12.5 readers.

But seriously, my final examinations are in less than 3 weeks, and I want to do well enough to get decent grades.

Then again, out of my 12.5 readers, at least 5 of them are my classmates. They won't have time to read the stuff I put here. So announcing to the world about this doesn't really do anything except take up space.

On a totally unrelated note, I was studying while listening to the radio, shuffling between 5 radio stations and within an hour, I heard Justin Bieber twice.
And how is it that when I shuffle through all the stations, they play the same songs at about the same time, and they ALL go on commercial at the same time? (except for traxx fm. that's why traxx fm still rocks)

There's also this message by Adam Lambert on Hitz.fm in which he says that after American Idol, his life took a change by 360 degrees. So follow your dreams and what not...

360 degrees later makes you exactly where you were before, buddy.
